Deputy Chairman of Committee for economic development, industrial policy and trade of St.Petersburg Government
Mr.Golant was born on March 12, 1978 in Leningrad.
Since October 2010 he is the deputy chairman of Committee for economic development, industrial policy and trade.
Z.M.Golant’s responsibility includes the following issues:
-Development of bio-pharmaceutics and St.Petersburg medical industry,
-External economic and external trade activity,
-Improvement of the state order system in St.Petersburg.
He has been working at the executive bodies of St.Petersburg since 2005 (St.Petersburg Governor Administration, Healthcare committee).
2004 – 2005: Director general of the North-western center for normative regulation in the sphere of healthcare.
2000 – 2004: head of commercial organizations of St.Petersburg in the field of medical services.
Education
In 2000 mr. Golant graduated from St.Petersburg State Electrotechnical University major in Public Relations, from 2005 to 2008 he studied at the North-Western academy of state service. In 1998 he was the listener of Towson State University (USA).Candidate of economics.
