Terms of participation in exhibition

Registration fee covers:
- Placement of information in the official catalogue and on the web-site www.ipheb.ru with the link to your web-site
- A copy of the catalogue
- Accreditation of one Exhibitor representative per each 4 sq. m, permanent passes (badges)
- Accreditation of one Exhibitor representative for participation in business programme events
- Invitation for one Exhibitor representative to the Gala Reception dedicated to the opening of the Forum (cost of additional complimentary ticket is 75 EUR),
- Package of information documents, participation in all events of the Exhibition that do not require special invitation.
Minimum stand size – 9 sq. m
Cost of standard equipped space includes:
- Exhibition unit of ordered space and specified layout, which is assembled from white wall panels, bound against each other with the details of anodized aluminum shapes (posts and purlins)
- Fascia board with company name; a lettering on fascia board – 10 characters on each open side of the stand, additional characters shall be paid according to the terms of participation;
- Carpet flooring;
- Coat rack – 1 item;
- Wastepaper basket – 1 item;
- Spotlight – 2 items;
- Electrical power unit for up to 2kW
- Compensation for power consumption
- Plug socket standard 220V, 1,5 kW – 1 item
- Table 60 x 90 cm – 1 item
- Office chair – 2 items
Cost of unequipped exhibition space covers:
- Exhibition space
- Advertisement campaign
- Overall security in exhibition exposition;
- General cleaning of the exhibition area (garbage removal from specially designed areas, cleaning in public places and aisles)

If a stand with improved observability is provided, extra charges shall be added to the cost of the exhibition space (the cost of the unequipped space) are as follows: corner stand – 10%, frontal stand – 15%, island stand – 20%, with improved location – 20%. Cost of each incomplete square meter of the unequipped space shall be paid by the exhibitor as complete. Upon setting up of a double-deck exhibition stand, the cost of exhibition space of the second floor accounts for 50% of the cost of the unequipped space.

Payment. Upon registration of the Application for Participation and after receiving the invoice, the Exhibitor effects an advanced payment that amounts to 70% from the cost of services under the present agreement within 5 banking days from the day of invoice receipt. Full payment for participation shall be effected not later than 30 days prior to the beginning of set-up. The cost does not cover transportation and insurance of exhibitor’s property which is placed by him at a stand. All expenses shall be paid by the exhibitor.
Withdrawal. In the event of the Exhibitor’s withdrawal from participation and upon notification of the Organizer in the written form of his withdrawal, the Exhibitor shall pay compensation to the Organizer in the following amount:
- upon notification of the withdrawal from the exhibition from 3 to 4 months prior to the stated date of the exhibition set-up – 50% of a total value of the contract;
- upon notification of the withdrawal from the exhibition less than 3 month prior to the stated date of the exhibition set-up – 70% of a total value of the contract.
Note! If your activity and/or product are subject to licensing, the promotional information should include the license number, as well as a name of the licensing authority. Advertising of products which are subject to obligatory certification shall be marked with “subject to obligatory certification”. Copies of licenses and certificates shall be duly certified and sent together with information for the catalogue to the Organizer
