Accreditation Rules

Accreditation is required to work at the St.Petersburg International Forum IPhEB.

Accreditation requires:

  1. Please fill out all fields on the registration form. Take carefully to the correct spelling of your personal data – your information will be printed on your badge.
  2. Fill in the cover letter on company letterhead, signed by the head and send it by e-mail biopharm@restec.ru or by fax +7 (812) 303-88-67

Register online without a cover letter will not be accepted.Organizing Committee IPhEB has the right to refuse media accreditation without explanation.

Accreditation Rules

1. Editorial staff of mass media registered in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation About Mass Media is entitled to accreditation at the St.Petersburg International Forum IPhEB.

2. The Organising Committee reserves the right to refuse accreditation for the persons representing advertising agencies, editions, catalogues and internet-resources that do not publish industrial or economic news.

3. Accreditation ensures the right to visit free of charge Plenary Sessions, the Exhibition, Press-conference and other events following at the St.Petersburg International Forum IPhEB program, where the journalists will be provided with the information materials.

4. Accreditation does not suppose presence at the events requiring special invitations.

5. Accreditation does not ensure the right to distribute promotion materials (leaflets, booklets, printed editions) onat the St.Petersburg International Forum IPhEB venue. Distribution of advertising materials without written permit of the Organising Committee is prohibited.

6. Accreditation badges will be given at the venue of the St.Petersburg International Forum IPhEB.

7. The badge shall be given on condition of:

  • Having a confirmed Online application  for Accreditation

or

  • Presenting an Editorial Credentials  

or

  • A Letter on the Official Editorial letterform signed by the head with the seal affixed

8. The badge given upon accreditation is personalized and can not be transferred to the third persons. One must have it with him/her during all the event

Strategy Pharma 2020

IPhEB Forum in 2012 is the key international level congress-exhibition event of pharmaceutical, biotechnological and medical sector in St. Petersburg, aimed at developing crucial decisions in the field of creation, production and introduction of innovative and strategically important medications into medical practice according to the major goal of the strategy for developing pharmaceutical industry.

IPhEB prize

Awarding ceremony of IPhEB prizes for special achievements of the year (Business project of the year, Product of the year, IPhEB Science)) will be held at the Forum for the first time aimed at strengthening motivation in terms of innovative developments. To become the nominee, to vote for the best project of the year and to track the basic stages of the Award, will be possible on an official site of the Forum.

Biopharm Club

The registered BioPharm Club users are provided with the exclusive access to information materials of the IPhEB Forum, the opportunity to use the effective system of organization of business negotiations with the companies targeted, as well as online-discussion of the currently important issues of the sector, search for business and partner contacts and appointment of individual meetings.

IPhEB Exhibition

Within the frames of the Forum, IPhEB exhibition of medical, pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment will be held from April 25 till April 27, 2012. The latest developments, products and services in the field of medical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry will be represented at the exposition.
