Discounts:
- If three or more people participate from one company, a 15% discount shall be provided
- Upon registration at BIOPHARM CLUB sector-based social network (www.biopharmclub.ru), a 5% discount on registration fee shall be provided (the discount shall be considered invalid for those who have already registered at Biopharm Club)
- Discounts shall not be summarized and shall not be applied to R&D and Regional Delegation registration fees.
Terms of participation:
1. For your company representatives to take part in the IPhEB Forum it is necessary to:
1.1. Fill in the Application and submit it to the Organiser not later than April 15, 2012: by fax +7 (812) 303-88-66 by e-mail nanosales@restec.ru via electronic registration on the Forum web-site www.ipheb.ru.
1.2. Pay the registration fee within three banking days since the date of the invoice receipt.
2. Upon registration and submission of Application after April 20, 2012, payment of registration fee can be made by cash or by bank card on site only. Amount of registration fee shall increase by 10%.
2.1. If payment of registration fee is made by cash or by bank card on site alongside with prior registration and submission of Application before April 20, 2012, no extra charges shall be imposed.
3. Upon arrival a participant shall have a copy of payment order with a record on bank transfer of the registration fee and a power of attorney for signing documents in order to get financial documents (agreement, acceptance certificate, and invoice). If the participant has no documents confirming his/her powers to act on behalf of the organization, the Forum Organizer reserves the right to deny giving financial documents to him/her. 4. In case of non payment of the registration fee, the Forum participant shall not be admitted for participation 5. Replacement of the Forum participants shall be made free of charge upon written approval of the Organizer. 6. REFUSAL to participate shall be made in writing and shall be submitted to the Organizing committee before 15.04.2012 (by letter or fax). In this case the registration fee shall be refunded to the participant excluding administrative expenses making up 25% of the total amount. In case of refusal to take part in the Forum after 15.04.2012 the registration fee SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED!
PARTICIPANT’S CONSENT TO PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING:
According to the Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 ‘On Personal Data’, by registering and creating a personal account on the Forum web-site, the Forum participant confirms his/her consent to personal data processing, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification, changing), using, blocking, depersonalizing or deleting the information. Participant’s consent shall be perpetual. The Forum Organiser and affiliated persons guarantee information confidentiality and non-transfer to the third parties.
